I dont know if your account has been ''hacked'' but if i were i would change my password! or your email on the account!!

Yes I changed it multiple times but the hacker changed the verification email my Microsoft account has been recovered but the Xbox account where we have to login to play games like forza or minecraft has been hacked

Our account has also been hacked. Can't speak to an advisor because I need to log in, but password and email have been changed. Spoke to Microsoft who weren't very helpful but gave me XBox contact email. Still can't actually talk to anyone and our account was used to buy 2 Xbox Game pass Ultimate.

There are certain gaming websites that have been compromised. One of those just happens to be Sega and their sega pass accounts. If one happened to use the same email and password for their sega pass that is also the email and password for their live account.........
Then they should be changing their passwords. While live itself has not been hacked, some people could be at risk.
