    Few days ago, I was trying to join a server called "Skyblock Nerds", while joining this server, it asked me provide verification code I received from my Microsoft account. Right after, I received Microsoft notification email indicate the hacker added his email "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" to my account, and shortly after, I lost access to my Microsoft account, when I try to login, it says account doesn't exist. I think the hacker deleted my account. After some attempts, I reopened a Microsoft account using the same email address. However, I noticed all my Minecraft account was gone, I cannot access Minecraft Java Edition, and all my game progress are gone.

    I still keep the original email receipt from mojang.com with all the order ID and transaction ID. I tried using Minecraft support form (Contact Us | Minecraft Help), however, I got email from Minecraft support says "As of September 19, 2023, Minecraft Support is no longer able to assist with Mojang/Minecraft log in or other account related issues as account migration has ended."

    Can I get my Minecraft account recovered and all the game progress back? Please help me!!!

    the hacked manage to delete the email i use for that microsoft account and changed his/her email as primary email,
    and also hacker manage to remove my phone number from the account also.

    so how can i prove its my account when hacker manage to delete my email use for the microsoft account and change all the my profile info??

    My Microsoft account got hacked. The hacker was baiting me to get him verification codes of changing the security info of my account, then got raid of my account.

    He deleted the original email of my account which is "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" then somehow changed the account email to another one named
    "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" (These info is shown in first image, check attachments).
    After doing so, he got raid of all my security stuff like verify phone number and email.He was clearly hacking my account. He literally deleted my original email of this account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***", if he is not hacking this account, he has no need to do it...

    I really need help!

    You didnt actually give him the verification codes did you? If so this would've been what allowed everything else that happened afterwards to occur.

    My Account was HACKED!

    My Xbox account has been hacked to. I still have access to my account somehow but they changed the email linked the account and deleted my Microsoft account completely. I have no idea how they even got into it in the first place. I can’t get Xbox support or Microsoft support on a call at all because they don’t consider it an issue.

    I get hacked all the time and not sure how to protect my account it's Microsoft fault when comes to hackers hacking my gamertag and don't know how to get three of my gamertags to be remove with these hackers.I don't find it safe on xbox live at all.
