My microsoft Account has been hacked and no way to recover it?

Heya , My microsoft account has been completely hacked and now there is no way I can access it. Firstly hacker changed the primary and backup email to his after gaining access now whenever I try to login from my email it says there is no existing account registered on this Email. Since I had few important documents and minecraft purchased on that account I contacted minecraft support if they can change my minecraft information to new email but I was disappointed with the reply where they advised me to get help from Microsoft itself. After I came to know about the hack I immediately tried sign in helper tool but it said my account no longer exist and it doesn't find anything wrong since that I tried reporting the changed email address to account recovery forum but I was denied access due to changed email which I donot have access to. I have tried contacting microsoft chat support and they passed my query to some upper level of investigation and they came back with result that someone definitely had unauthorised access to my account hence they have suspended it indefinitely. Since the primary email was changed to hacker's email they cannot revert it back to orignal sign in information which is kind of wrong. I have my minecraft account purchased on that account and I have been playing it since more than last 5 years and losing all the progress gives me immense sorrow and in this case I donot even get the refund nor my account back. I am ready to provide all the necessary proofs required for the account verification incase they're willing to investigate further. Is there any way out of this I would love the community feedback and feedback from official microsoft helpers on this . Thanks for reading.
