My microsoft account has been hacked and I've been locked out without any way of taking...

Sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Just to set your expectation, due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover our accounts and verify their ownership. Even a Microsoft Support cannot recover our accounts on our behalf because they're protected by the security information we have setup on our accounts which we only have access to.

Since your email address and other accoun info were replaced already, you cannot use your own email address to recover your account. You must know the current email address of your account which must be the hacker’s email address to start the account recovery process. Without it, you cannot start the recovery process because it's the primary key of your account.

I suggest to check your mailbox (inbox, spam/junk folder) to find traces of the new email address that's currently linked to your original account. If the account was added to an Xbox console, it would be best to check it from there too.

In case you know the current email, you may try to reset the account password through https://account.live.com/pw
***Make sure to sign out any account signed in to https://account.microsoft.com website before starting an account recovery.

If it doesn’t work, try to fill out the account recovery form on https://account.live.com/acsr

I’m experiencing the exact same problem, and I expect nothings changed for you as microsoft makes it way to easy for hackers and all they have to do is change it to a email you don’t know and theres no hope in recovering the account. I’m so frustrated at this fact, especially because I have some irreplaceable things on that account. However, please let me know if theres any updates or if theres a miracle in which I can somehow recover my account.

Well, the only way to get "hacked" on Xbox live is if YOU gave your personal information or an email of yours. It's your responsibility, hence you own the account. Call support so they can investigate it.

Did you give out your E-mail Address and Password? Also don't post his GT in future. Unauthorized Access can take some time to investigate. Sit tight and they will get back to you as soon as they can.

If your account was compromised, call phone support IMMEDIATELY and report it. The Forums cannot help you in this matter.
