My Microsoft account got stolen yesterday.

My phone was removed by the attacker, the alias of the email has been changed to a russian one.
Currently, if I try to login my email doesn't exist anymore, only his does, but obviously i do not have his password.
If i try to login with my phone number, the phone doesn't link to the account.

Besides that, within 10 minutes the attacker also stole my Steam, Ubisoft, and more accounts while having access to my microsoft mail.
For the moment is gaming profiles and ok who cares, but there is a real risk to lose extremely valuable private accounts.
Please help me, if i call the microsoft phone number there is a bot that just redirects me there.

My account is still logged in my Windows 11 PC and laptop, i do not know if i can do some reset from there, or use it as a proof of property.

I also tried to recover the account by replying to some questions like "what was your xbox tag" or "what was your Skype friends infos"
I mean, i remember my xbox tag, even after not playing for years but skype???!? I opened it once in the last 7 years.
The infos were not enough and the request was shut down.

And fun fact, this account is under attack since like march, i get 2 attacks every 2 hours, repeatedly.

I’m really sorry you’re still stuck with this. I understand how frustrating it is when the recovery info isn’t enough and the official links don’t work.

Since the recovery form didn’t help and the link I shared was broken, here’s what you can try this:

I get that it’s tough not to talk to real staff when this happens. Unfortunately, Microsoft mostly relies on these automated systems for account recovery to protect user security.

I’m sorry the previous suggestions didn’t resolve your issue. Account theft and recovery can be really tough, especially when automated tools fall short.

I know this isn’t easy, and I wish there were a direct Microsoft phone line to talk to a human. Unfortunately, Microsoft’s support is mostly automated for security reasons.

If you want to keep trying, you might also consider submitting a new account recovery request with as much detailed info as possible at https://account.live.com/acsr.

As said in the topic, I already completed the point 1, it says the infos are not enough.
Then, the 3rd point you said the link is not working.
Also it's impossible to change the password on other accounts linked to my microsoft one, since i cannot access the email anymore.

I thank you for your help but this is no way close to helping me solve this, It's embarassing i cannot talk with a real Microsoft staff when in need.

I contacted microsoft support and it has really been a great help. Have to wait a few days before the conclusion, but they said that the info I provided might have been enough to recover the account. I will also advise you to do the same and contact the support, if you have enough information about your stolen account so you can confirm your claim of it, it might be enough for them to take down the hacked account and transfer any data to your new one, according to them
