Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

"Chat Support:

> Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/
> Click on the "Contact Us" button in the right of the screen.
> Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes

> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

I bought the war games map pass but for those of you that got the Crimson map pass for free don't feel too guilty because I was shafted by 2 xboxes that got red rings and also have had my account hacked and Microsoft points stolen from me and never got them
back even though I went through the proper channels. If Microsoft were a little more professional then you'd have reason to feel bad about it.

We have the same problem. My kids microsoft account got stolen today, some hacker was able to get in the account, delete the phone number and change the email on the Microsot account basically stealing it. I have tried multiple ways to contact Microsoft about this but the way they have set their contact department makes it impossible to contact a real agent to notify this and recover the stolen account, the longer we give this hackers time to access more information and do more with the account the worst it is. If any one has a way to contact a real support agent please let us know and if by some chance a Microsoft agent read this please help. Why is there not a option in contact us for stolen or hacked account recovery? I tried all the options and never got a way to email them or contact them directly. Im still waiting for their call that I requested, it said it will take about a minute.

I contacted microsoft support and it has really been a great help. Have to wait a few days before the conclusion, but they said that the info I provided might have been enough to recover the account. I will also advise you to do the same and contact the support, if you have enough information about your stolen account so you can confirm your claim of it, it might be enough for them to take down the hacked account and transfer any data to your new one, according to them
