my microsoft account got hacked. If I choose to reset the passwort, the default mail address shown in the pop-up window is not mine (false account: ag*****@mailbox.in.ua).

The account restoring procedure is asking me for some questions I can not answer because I have not used outlook.com or hotmail.

Also in the questionaire my current xbox series S does not show up (only xbox one and xbox360).

I have used skype some years ago, being able to show the sype details asked, I have to login into skype, which is not possible because the login failed.

I do have provided information regarding a purchase (microsoft 365 subscription), named the digits and name from the credit card. Still can't restore my account.

so, currently I can not login to Microsoft365, can't use my Xbox, can't use OneDrive, etc.

next question, a credit card is stored to renew my 365 Office beginning of december, how can I disable the money transfer then?

if I would create another mircosoft account, are the purchases from my xbox lost?

Unfortunately, the account recovery form is your only available option to recover an account. You have unlimited entries, but only 2 a day. If you're unable to recover your account using the account recovery form, you may have to come to terms with that your account may be lost forever.

1. Contact your bank and ask them to give you a new card and block/cancel the current one.
2. Ask your bank to block all incoming charges from Microsoft.

Yes, as stated, I have used the recovery form. Several times.

but,

I'm no outlook.com or hotmail user

skype id not know because I used it years ago, being able to provide the skype id I have to login to skype on my mac, but login is not possible

wrong used xbox to select shows up (I'm currently using Xbox S, but this is no option within the form).

I have also tried with my XBox ID and the serial number from my very old xbox 360.

I do have provided credit card details from my last purchase "Office 365" also, still no luck.
