@ngocphi, It is my Microsoft Account that get hacked (@outlook.com), which is used as my XBoxLive access, can they still help?

I certainly agree on the change account password often practice, but I wasn't aware of the proof until my account got hacked. I didn't use that account as my usual communication tool, so it's not broadcasted everywhere, and I don't use the same password
everywhere. Just answering your questions.

I have bin hacked to. it says that the terms of uses have been updated but when i tip all the information it takes me back to were i started. my mom went to her account and it said her name was Sally may which is not her name. this is the account that got
hacked. we called Microsoft but they did nothing at all except tell use i got hacked.

From what I know I can only change the Windows ID associated with the account while signed into the account on xbox which I cant do. My ID got hacked a while ago and was used to spam people with viruses. Some parts of Windows live is banned from my use.
Could this also be microsoft? But I can login to Xbox.com. So I think there is an issue with my ID.

If yes and if you have proof of ownership you can open a chat with an agent / advocate using the same guide. Scroll down to the bottom and there you can see something like "Contact support"
Probably you need to sign in. You can use a different account or create a new one for this purpose
