My Microsoft account got hacked by a @rambler.ru account!!!

My Microsoft account got Hacked by a @rambler.ru account. Let me tell you step by step about what happened:
1. I got a notification that someone changed my linked mobile number from the microsoft account.
2. I tried to open the account on the browser.
3. Somehow my account became a fresh new account.





4.Now I have 2 accounts with same email. The one I can't access is the original one. And the new one is useless to me. (Here is a screenshot of my microsoft authenticator which shows two accounts (first and last) with same email and they both give codes for the 2 different accounts).





5. I tried to sign-in my Microsoft account from the PC settings and Xbox Game Bar (and minecraft) but can't access it. There was an option to send recovery code to the hacker's account - ri****@rambler.ru




6. I contacted customer care and they confirmed that someone hacked my account and linked my Xbox Gamertag to some other ID. They completely confirmed that the account was mine but they can't help. First they asked me to make another gmail thats not linked to a microsoft account but in the end they couldn't help.

I mean if they confirm that the account is mine then isn't it my right to have access of it? I asked them to give me my ID but they said that they cannot do that. (ITS MY ACCOUNT)

All this happened 4-5 months back but still I am unable to login.
