    So back in December I got cookie logged and i got my Microsoft account stolen. Now I was thinking oh I could just contact support and I'll have it back in no time, so I contact support and make me fill out forum after forum of important information. But, Microsoft just refuses to give my account back. I provided all correct information and I was reassured I would get my account back 100%. I even showed video proof of me on the account.

    So I am coming here to just say; why in the actual **** would you make me fill out 5-10 forums for the same botted response, you make it seem like everyone can recover their account but in reality its just BS. I have tried for months to recover it with the same BS lies and promises and botted emails. I have no clue what to do and I have a feeling that this comment section will be filled with the same botted BS. So if anyone out there has an actual solution to this issue please reach out and help me. This Microsoft account is mostly worthless I just need the Minecraft account on it. Stupid Microsoft doesn't even allow delinking an account so I have to recover this or else years of work is gone.

    They even tried to bribe me away with a pc game pass to make me shut up but I wont give up the effort.

    You all wanna know something funny? My EA account got hacked too but I recovered it IN 5 **** MINUTES! 5!! ALL THE NEEDED WAS THE CREATION EMAIL AND SOME OTHER VERFICATION HOWEVER THE BIGGEST COMPANY IN THE WORLD CANT RECOVER ACCOUNTS WHAT IS THIS BS! ALL I WANT IS MY MINECRAFT ACCOUNT NOT EVEN THE DAMN MICROSOFT ACCOUNT WHY IS IT SO **** HARD! WHY DOES MICROSOFT WITH ALL ITS TECH AND RESOURCES NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO SUPPORT ITS USERS? AND THEN THEY EXPECT US TO COME BACK TO THEM WITH ALL OPEN ARMS! ALSO WANNA KNOW SOMETHING EVEN FUNNIER? THE ACCOUNT RECOVERY FORUM IS UPDATED ON ALL INFO SO IF THE HACKER CHANGES THE INFO YOU ARE SCREWED! THEY COULDNT HAVE LIKE MADE IT SO THE ACCOUNT RECOVERY FORUM ASKS FOR THE ORIGNAIL CREATION EMAIL OR EVERYTHING THE ACCOUNT WAS MADE FROM!!?!?!? AND MICROSOFTS BEST ADIVCE TO ME WAS (just respond to the botted emails) **** IS THAT BS!

    Honestly if they cant recover accounts just **** say it out loud instead of shoving all that **** into false hopes.

    I'm sorry about that rant but just before I end this post if anyone out there has recovered their account please reach out and tell me the step by step, I already tried their stupid account recovery forum that doesn't even work, I tried text support but maybe call support might help a little bit more, (still got lied too). So if anyone got at least useful **** tips or anything please I need this account back.

    I've asked Microsoft some questions and haven't gotten a response for over a week

    To make a long story short, I was trying to log into my Microsoft account a month or so back and it kept telling me that the account didn't exist, so I assumed it got hacked. After talking to Microsoft support about it, they emailed me back saying that they can confirm that the account was hacked and that they would try their best to get it back. I waited a bit before recontacting their support team, which after another week I got told that they couldn't get the account anymore so they had to shut it down, however one of the support service people told me that there was a chance to save my xbox account, but not my actual Microsoft account (the files and such), which was fine, so I recontacted their support team and it has been well over a week since I have asked them about this and have gotten no response.
