I am sorry to hear about this issue. The "Account Does not exist" error means that it could be that your account's email address was changed and the sign-in preference was changed as well. Typically, if a change has been made on an account, an email notification will be received and it will take 30 days before it will get completed. If this happens, you will need to submit an Account Recovery by making sure that you have the new email address and use that new email address to fill out the recovery form. Once you fill out the form, someone from the Microsoft account recovery team will reach out to you via email to help you recover your compromised account. So is there anyway to contact MICROSOFT support, my minecraft account got hacked and I've just written a support ticket to mojang, but since the account is a microsoft account (not xbox), I doubt they will be able to help me.

So back on late 2021 my account was hacked then migrated to a Microsoft account. I have already contacted Minecraft support but they said that they could not help me since my account was already migrated, and that I should contact Microsoft support instead. I still have the transaction ID and the name of the account.

Wait. So you are saying before you could migrate your minecraft account to your own Microsoft account someone else got into your minecraft account and migrated it to their own Microsoft account first?

Is that what happened?

then explain to me how my account was hacked and modified. Because if it can't be hacked then how did that happen? I had to contact support and recover it as everything got changed. Support is a joke here.
