My microsoft account got hacked and deleted. Could i get it back?

You can try the following steps to help recover your account however if the steps fail, we highly suggest contacting Xbox/Microsoft Live Support so they can help you escalate your case to their dedicated team and help you recover the account.

1. Go to https://account.live.com/acsr and enter the email address, phone number, or username for the account you are trying to access.

2. Next, provide an email address that we can use to contact you about your request.

3. Enter the characters you see on the screen to prove you're not a robot, then select Next.

4. A screen will pop up asking you to verify the contact email address. Check that email for a message from us with the security code, enter that code, then select Verify.

5. Fill in as much info as you can, even if you're not sure. See Tips for filling out the recovery form below.

6. Select Submit when you're finished, and we'll respond as soon as possible.

The problem I'm facing is my Microsoft account got deleted and cannot be recovered for some reason, I wanted to get back my minecraft account in my hacked Microsoft account.

I have had the same problem. I am unsure whether its because my account got hacked (got it back though) a few days ago or its that I've changed my broadband ( a few months ago). Mister Gwyther could it be because of my hacked account and what can I do to
make him delete it off his xbox. Can he get banned for this?
