Discus and support my microsoft account got blocked and i can't unblocked in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; when im trying to unblock my account, it says that i need to input my phone number but it wont let me, it says "loading" where i should input my phone...     my microsoft account got blocked and i can't unblocked


    when im trying to unblock my account, it says that i need to input my phone number but it wont let me, it says "loading" where i should input my phone number and it never loads up, i even tryed waiting for 4 hours. please help.

    What was the outcome of that, if I may ask? Was it the virtual agent? If so if you say I want to speak to an agent, it will put you into the queue for live chat.

    SRY! I should have checked it first, my answer to this was to simply unblock microsoft. IDK How it got blocked but my problem is fixed now.
