    Today i want login on my account Microsoft and i get information about that email don't match to any account.After a want to use phone number i get that phone number don't match to any account im our base i think he change email and phone number can you help me ?

    Hello again Kewin, I'm sorry for what's happening with your account, as you see this is a public forum and our suggestions are limited, the ideal would be to contact microsoft support directly so you can get some help because we don't have access to the tools and data that Microsoft support has.

    I had a gmail (google) account linked to a microsoft account. I now cannot sign in, and am told my account does not exist.

    I have figured out that my information on my computer was stolen a few weeks ago. Those who stole my information also stole my gmail account (which I had recovered by the time of asking my question.) In doing so they moved my microsoft account to their own microsoft account, which I assume is why I am now told my microsoft account does not exist.

    I have tried both recovery links, but since the account does not exist currently, they do not work. What steps do I take to recover this account? I have paid games which I use to sign in with this email. It is important to me that I get it back.

    Yes, I have attempted. It sends a recovery to the email that stole my account.

    We've had this microsoft account for more than 10 years.
