    Some context, a few days ago I woke up and saw a message from Microsoft saying my password was changed. However, I only use this account to play Minecraft, as I was forced to merge to a Microsoft account. I logged onto Minecraft to see I can still play the game normally with no issues, and chalked up the message to a scam for my info. However, today when I was going to play with a friend I found to be logged out of Minecraft, and it said my email for it didn't exist.
    Long story short, 2 hours later I managed to log back onto the official Microsoft page but not Minecraft itself. The issue is when I try to make any major changes it asked for me to verify my account with the gmail of the person who possibly tried to hack me, I always used a code and send it to my own gmail but it proved futile. No matter what I do I can't find guides or videos on how to change the verification email, only for the email directly connected to the account.

    If anyone has answers to fix this I would greatly appreciate it. If this cant' be fixed, then worst thing is I need to do is buy Minecraft again and make a new account, this account i'm currently using has no payment receipts on it so I'm safe, along with the gmail itself, and again I changed the password to this gmail account aswell.

    The problem I'm facing is my Microsoft account got deleted and cannot be recovered for some reason, I wanted to get back my minecraft account in my hacked Microsoft account.

    I did not understand, my friend. Your hacked account had Minecraft Java. Then, after it got hacked, you created another account and was given Minecraft for Windows? Microsoft or Mojang gave you Minecraft for Windows or how this happened?

    Microsoft account hacked and stolen.

    How come is it not possible to get it back?

    Microsoft have data bases where they store account information.

    I got proof that I used the account, I even have the credit card that I used to purchase games on the account.

    Why isn't Microsoft taking responsibility for their lack of security?

    It is not even in the slightest my fault for that the account got hacked.

    Need Microsoft Customer Support regarding hacked Minecraft account recovery.

    So back on late 2021 my account was hacked then migrated to a Microsoft account. I have already contacted Minecraft support but they said that they could not help me since my account was already migrated, and that I should contact Microsoft support instead. I still have the transaction ID and the name of the account.
    Wait. So you are saying before you could migrate your minecraft account to your own Microsoft account someone else got into your minecraft account and migrated it to their own Microsoft account first?

    Is that what happened?

    So is there anyway to contact MICROSOFT support, my minecraft account got hacked and I've just written a support ticket to mojang, but since the account is a microsoft account (not xbox), I doubt they will be able to help me.

    Anyone got a solution?
