Yes, i changed my primary alias to a different one.

Yes, im typing from the microsoft account that should be connected to the minecraft account.

I might of tried the recovory, i don't remeber i tried allot of things. But how would that help, because i already have the account so how would i recover it if i already have access to it, i just changed the primary email to different one, so my game should be still registered to my account/email, but it isn't.

And yes i tried the helper thing.

What i meant was that the email that microsoft would have to send the reset link to is an old one that is deleted and the new one that i added isn't showing up. also my friend gave his WLID to me and has a different one he uses. Basically the WLID is mine.
So really the problem is either that it wont show the newer reset email or that it glitched and was never really added.

As far as I'm aware, email addresses and Microsoft accounts are different. I don't want to change the email of the Xbox account, but rather the Microsoft account that's associated with it itself. I can't add an existing Microsoft account as an alias so is there
any other way? Years ago all I needed to do was switch out the email but it simply isn't the case anymore.
