My microsoft account doesn't have minecraft anymore

I have the game but the launcher say that i dont have, i need some help cause i dont have the transaction code, i have this game like more than ten years

And the support on the official site is a trash

Edit: i played the game like a week ago, and it was normal

Did you download the game through the Minecraft website or Microsoft Store?

Log out of your Microsoft account from the following platforms:

-Microsoft Store

-Xbox App

-Minecraft launcher

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.

Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Once the cache has been cleared, restart your device.

Log back in to the above platforms and see if the problem persists.

When i try to send the ticket the website says an error like to try later, i think that happend cause i dont have the transaction code, i bought earlier then the migration

If even on the website it is showing that you do not have the game and it was working last week, you should contact Minecraft (Mojang) support through this link;
