My Microsoft Account and information missing

I have had a microsoft account prior to the one I am using currently for some time now (few years)...

A few weeks ago, I attempted to log into a Microsoft service to no avail. The message "account does not exist" on every platform owned by microsoft (such as Microsoft rewards/Minecraft Account/Xbox accounts) persisted. I'm afraid that this account may have been deleted or corrupted by accident along with paid content. I attempted to recover the account, hoping that creating a new account under the same name/d.o.b/email would help, but nothing had occurred. I followed many posts on here with no help. The gamer tag "AFeralFox" still exists on the Xbox registry, the Xbox gamer tag linked with my previously deleted account.

Go to My Account.
Under Payment & Billing, click Manage Payment Options.
If prompted, sign in using your Microsoft account (also known as Windows Live ID).
Check the information associated with your payment options. Fill in any missing information.
Return to My Account.
Under Payment & Billing, click Billing Contact Information. Fill in any missing information, and then click Save.
Try to redeem your prepaid code again.

Hello Bretton, the most important thing in your description is account recovery without it you will not be able to perform any change of account email.

As for the missing information you should be filling in the account recovery form, but if it says that the information is not enough you will have to provide more information to Microsoft.
