    My microphone just stopped working out of nowhere


    I was watching a basketball game talking with my friends and out of nowhere my microphone stopped picking up voice. I tried pressing the Mute button multiple times, i have it correctly set up, the device has access but im wondering if its something completely different. I was using a headset microphone on Razer BlackShark V2 X headset.

    Does your console turns on but nothing appears on the screen or it does not really turns on? If it really does not turn on (like from a power supply issue), please refer to:

    Now if your Xbox turns on but does not show anything on the screen, please perform a factory reset on the console following the steps on the section "Reset using a USB flash drive":

    Yep, strange as it is, the name change solution offered by Panda worked for me too! It had been there for months, as XboxOne. Then out of nowhere it just stopped. Thanks Panda
