    My microphone doesn't seem to work as of recently on my Xbox Series S


    I have owned an Xbox Series S since 2022, at first i had no problems with the microphone but sudenly one day it just stopped working, i can listen to everything normally but i can't get my microphone to work again, ive tested different headphones on different devices and i have no problem using the microphone on then, but when i plug them into the controller it doesnt work, ive looked into settings countless times but found no solution, updated the controller, i even tried resetting the console and i can't get it to work again, anyone know why? Would appreciate a quick response, thanks

    Hello again, this type of reset usually solves it, ideally you could test your headset with other Xbox controllers to see if the same thing happens.

    Hello, thanks for the reply, i kept all my games and apps when i did the reset, once the reset was done i disabled the option to save my previous configurations in case i messed up something i shouldnt and it still wouldnt work.

    Appreciate the fast reply.

    Thanks for the suggestion, forgot to mention i already did it with 2 headsets on 2 different controllers and i got the same results.
