    Can't sign in to profile and connect at the same time + other issues

    I moved to an aprtment and am having the exact same issues but when i check my connections it signs me out then connects then wont let me sign back in and Im Having Gamer withdrawels please tell me theres an easy fix or that xbox one servers are messing
    up because so many mlg players are starting to switch over but I need this issues fixed soon I have an IT guy coming tommorrow and hope he can solve the problem

    Im having the same problems. Every time i sign in it pops up that status code and it wont let me go to friends on the Dashboard but if i hit the xbox buton then it will let me view them through that and it wont let me update games.

    we tried to sign in to your microsoft account, but something went wrong.

    It wont let me still on my ps4 it keeps coming up and i can sign into the microsoft account easily.

    Did that. It goes back to my Microsoft account. And it wont let me online unless i have a game pass subscription. This is unreal. I have games that wont come up. Says i have to buy them when i have a while ago. I go to Red Dead Online and it wont let me do it. Im done with this and i cant get anyone on the phone.

    Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games not loading

    I had the same problem, here's what worked for me: Open Microsoft Store, go to your Library and then Games, choose the game you want to play (or the Solitary Collection itself) and press Open/Play, then accept or deny cookies.

    The game started for me when I did this and now I can open the Solitary Collection as normal. Hope this helps.
