    I was saving the Halo5 code with the special Armor and Teq pack until Christmas for my son. Checked on it today and it's vanished. Do love messages disappear?? So bummed right now...

    Can connect to xbox live

    I couldn't connect to xbox live . And it recommended that I re download my account so I did and now my account has vanished from my xbox. And each time I go to download it . It gets so far and tells me a error message - not available at the moment - .Any
    help would be great ( only had live a week )

    Sudden disappearance of Xbox Live Messages!!

    I had a lot of messages with codes and Xbox Quests rewards in the Xbox Live Message Box and now they are all gone. I have redeemed all those codes but one which is my reward for Decemeber Xbox Quests. It was a 1 month xbox live gold code that expires july
    2018 and now I cant redeem it because all of those messages just vanished. So is there any way I could get all of those messages back? If not then at least the code for the reward for the 1 month xbox live gold earned from the December Xbox Quests. Please

    Missing Fallout 3 code

    I purchased Fallout4 on release (11/10/2015) digitally from Live but I have not yet received message for my Fallout 3. I would not think that messages could be vanished? And the messaging system is automated I guess.

    I know I need to contact the support but just wanted post this on forums if there is more people with same issue.
