    My menu opens up when I press the view button


    My Xbox menu button opens up when i press the view button on my controller i already restarted my Xbox and it didn't fix it, i don't really know if its my controller or xbox.

    Launch the backward compatible game.

    Press the View and Menu button simultaneously.

    Select Manage storage from Settings.

    Select the profiles folder.

    Choose your Gamertag and select Delete Profile Only (do not select profile and items)

    Press the View and Menu buttons simultaneously to pull up the guide again.

    Select Download profile and continue to recover the account.
