    I paid with a credit card for a new membership, but my screen just froze, then I paid again for a new membership because I didnt know what happened, but the same thing happened, my screen froze, so I after 15 minutes I turn it off, then turn it on to see
    if I got the membership. Then I got 2 e-mails, "thank you for paying blah, blah, we missed you," on both e-mails, so I thought: "yeah, I paid twice now I have another 3 months" but no, I paid twice and I have no membership, I can download the games with gold,
    but I can't get in a group, cant play online either, help me guys, wtheck, paid twice for nothing??? it says I have it, but I don't, it says it expires on august 3 this year, c'mon guys!! help a guy in need!!!!

    My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

    I don't have a 360 anymore, and don't have an Xbox One, but I would imagine that adding the account to console will automatically open up multiplayer to all users on the console.

    Yeah your membership is linked to your profile!

    you can use you account with the membership on both the console paying just one time :)

    Your xbox live membership is link to your account not to your xbox. So no transfer is required. Just sign in to your xbox one.

    If for some reason it is saying you dont have xbox live. Go to settings, under personalization click on my home xbox then click make this my home xbox. It should be fixed after that.

    The membership is linked to your account, not the console. As such you will have access to your gold membership regardless of whether you're on the 360 or the One.

    Xbox LIVE Gold Renewal Question?

    Well I'm just concerned about my consecutive years as an Xbox LIVE Gold member. I already have everything else but this settled. Because when I renewed my membership, it canceled my old membership that wasn't being paid for at the time. (Hence, why I renewed
    my membership in the first place.) So it canceled my old membership and created a new Gold membership to take it's place. Since it canceled my old one, will this stop my consecutive year(s) as an Xbox LIVE Gold Member?
