    Hello. Today I received my Master Tier game redeem code for Resident Evil 7, and the code was already redeemed when I received the code. I did not even touch it. I think it was stolen. What happened?

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Fortnite problem with redeemed codes

    My son just bought Fortnite basic edition, installed it on Xbox one S, the game incl 2 redeem codes, one was storm master weapon pack, the other one was Deluxe edition. We redeemed the codes but the game did not "upgrade" (not possible to enter 'save the
    world'). So, what is the problem...?

    In the MS account both codes/features are "completed".

    You must have read my post wrong. What I did was redeem the code for fallout 3 on Xbox One and it is now asking me to pay again on xbox 360 and i am using the same account

    Just to clarify, did you originally redeem the code for Halo: The Master Chief Collection while signed in with your Rekrap555 account? It may be possible that a different profile was signed in when you redeemed your code.

    Ok, now I think to know what happened to me and I pretty sure I messed up all here and will loose this games.

    When I redeemed the codes I did it from my portable computer and I just found, thanks to my new Windows Phone, the region on my Laptop was in Spain!! I don`t remember why I did change this but I`m pretty sure that as I did the redeem code from this laptop
    the games are in PAL and not NTSC.

    Does someone know if there is a way to fix this?
