My Main xbox has stopped working.

Have to agree with Maximum. If you are using a surge protector with your Xbox One, stop using it now and either plug it directly into the mains or via a known working adapter that also doesn't have any surge protection.

I had a similar problem with my Xbox One. Mine wasn't plugged into a surge protector, but it turns out my four plug adapter wasn't working correctly which damaged my console. My replacement is plugged directly into the mains and has been working fine.

Ha i find this extremely hilarious, my main account was banned because i changed my avatar color and now all of the 100's of dollars in games and dlc's i spent on it are "forfeit". microsoft just robbed me of my money. Nobody needs xbox, everyone has to
stop bending over and taking the microsoft ***.

And you people need to stop working/volunteering for them, they're criminals.

Try a different outlet (nest if you can try one on a different breaker/room in the house)

if connected tto a power bar or surge protector make sure it's not off or tripped.

verify the power cord and or/brick is firmly connected to the xbox.

is the cord frayed or kinked (bent) in any way.

Did you have a power event (outage, did the lights blink, etc..)

if it still doesn't work after all this you may require service.
