My main email for Microsoft is locked and can't be accessed

I imagine it says that you have to contact your ISP to resolve it, since surely some IP was blocked, so as long as you maintain that IP you cannot log into your account. Contact your ISP and ask them to change your IP address and review your router settings. If that does not solve the problem, then contact support directly and mention that you have already spoken to your ISP and the problem persists.

I know that it may sound strange and that you may understand that your internet has nothing to do with your Microsoft account but believe me, yes, when an IP is blocked the Microsoft system is not going to let you log in anymore and there is no way on the part. Of Microsoft to solve this problem.

Sorry if you cant access that main email address you wont be able to change it. It will send corresponding emails to that account and if your locked out you wont be able to access them.

i can't access additional security options on my account because remember i changed my backup email and now settings are locked until 7/30/23. any other methods using only microsoft rewards?

1. That's a bummer, so I'm dead-ended on my locked account then? I can't do anything. Can't I get Microsoft to unlock the account or allow me to delete it?

So, what I am trying to do is to remove both emails off both accounts, and once both emails are removed, I can add the email I need to the account I want (being my main account). Is this possible?

I set up my microsoft / xbox account years ago under another email. I do not know that password and can't recover it because I don't have access to the email. Now, I am locked out completely, as the passkey was entered wrong 3x by my son, and it is prompting
me to put in my password for the email I used initially to set it up. I don't have this.
