As mentioned in your previous thread, you would need to submit a case review with the enforcement team. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done. They are the only ones who handle bans.

and I do know ban dogding is a perm ban offense and the mods don't seem to do very well with that, as my main account's ban lifts in a few days.

Here is the link describing Xbox LIVE suspensions and console bans. If you did something described on the page or people filed a complaint saying you did such action that is why your account was banned. The ban will be lifted whenever the ban should be lifted.

The ban was lifted mid day today (12/21). Thanks for the info but if the system takes time to lift the ban shouldn't that be accounted for when telling someone on the enforcement site the exact time (down to the second) that the ban will be lifted?

A permanent ban is just that,permanent,meaning that account will never be unbanned.

As your case review was denied then that's it,there is nothing else you can do to get the ban lifted.
