My Main account got hacked and i had to do a new one so i can write a ticket

It goes without saying, but, never ever give a confirmation code to someone. It is never ever legit. There is never a system in place where anyone would need to know your code.

The first idea to find your email is to directly log into your account with your phone number.

If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

Make sure to complete it in an area you would usually access your account from. It is important to be consistent with this form, you can complete the form twice a day everyday until your regain access to your account. Repeating this will increase your odds of recovery.

One thing I can think of is restarting your xbox without a disk in it. The other thing I think might work is just waiting a couple hours and trying again. I know this seems pointless but similar things happened to my xbox and all I had to do to fix the problem
is wait.

Also you said your email was hacked so that makes me believe your account may have also been hacked. Try to make a new account to see if that will let you into your xbox. If you can get on using an alt account than I am sorry to say that your main account
was hacked.

No it was hacked I then got it back, however the person modified my gamerscore to be maxed and an so I have had to bring my offline account online which is this one and get the one month trial. I'm just going to have to lose around £300 of dlc and start
all my online all over again. I wouldn't mind as much if I can get the remaining months off my hacked account onto my new one.

So is there anyway to contact MICROSOFT support, my minecraft account got hacked and I've just written a support ticket to mojang, but since the account is a microsoft account (not xbox), I doubt they will be able to help me.
