    My main account doesnt work


    So i put my email in afetr clearing my browser history and cache but now i cant sign in all it says is that my account doesnt exist and i need to sign into my minecraft account please help me

    If you receive a message that your account does not exists when trying to sign in to the Microsoft website or any Microsoft/Xbox related app or game, your account may got hacked. If this issue happened only after you cleaned your browser history and cache, maybe you are not entering the account correctly. Was your Microsoft account using a Gmail address?

    Suspension lifted but still cant play???

    Hi there. 6 hours later and still nothing. The suspension would have been lifted even in pacific time. And yes ive tried redownloading my account and it doesnt work. Not a single account even works on the xbox. But again my main account that was banned
    now is unbanned on the xbox app and thats it.
