    since banned accounts or consoles cannot access Live anymore you will not be able to update, if it is the console that is banned you will have to buy a new console, if it is the account that is banned you will have to get a new account. to find out why
    you were banned post in the account suspension forum for the account or the console banned threads near the bottom of the main page.

    Permanent Ban or 3 Day Ban?

    So I’m not actually permanently banned right? The same thing is happening to me it was a 3 day ban and the next day after the ban should have been over I got permanent ban and locked out of my account. I can’t even submit and review on the enforcement website because the permanent ban don’t show up and the 3 day ban don’t show up either. I’m really worried about it

    Since it was a permanent ban there may not have even been a opportunity to appeal the ban. No all bans are eligible for case review. Also with it is a permanent then it will not be reversed. You will just have to go with another account. There is nothing
    really that can/will be done in this situation.

    You can’t unbanned your account if it’s been banned for four years then it’s been permanently banned for violating Microsoft teams and conditions of the system or something along those lines
