    Microsoft Jigsaw

    Microsoft Jigsaw will not log in my user name. I can log into Microsoft Solitaire and Mahjong. I have even reinstalled Jigsaw. I t still doesn't work

    stopped working

    Having the same log in problem. All I get is the splash screen that says "Microsoft Mahjong" and then nothing happens. This started after a windows update, not the upgrade to 8.1. I have tried to update the Mahjong app but it still doesn't work.

    New Update for Microsoft Mahjong

    The update also caused mahjong to hang on one of my computers. If I install it fresh on another laptop, it works. After the update on the other laptop, though, it just hangs. I tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it, but it seems like uninstalling
    doesn't really remove the files that cause the hang? I went into the WindowsApps folder and I still saw the mahjong folders and files there after doing an uninstall.

    game not staying installed

    I have the same issues with Mahjong it doesn't load and the only way to play is to uninstall and reinstall. I play every morning and I'm concerned that I might be hurting my computer by this routine to play Mahjong. Why is it doing this ? My other games
    are fine. Thanks for letting me rant

    Solitaire & Casual Games freezes after launched.

    UPDATE!! I rebooted my PC, after the previous installation of Microsoft Mahjong, launched Microsoft Mahjong and opened OK. I launched Solitaire & Casual Games from within Mahjong, and it opened OK! It didn't work before the reboot, but now it did. Thank you!! I already closed and opened Solitaire & Casual Games and it continues working fine.

    I'm still having the connection issue. I don't have this problem with Mahjong, Solitaire or Word Games. Doesn't anyone from Microsoft monitor these forums?
    It started working again right after this post.
