My log in credentials will not work

Please try to log out in Windows then use the new account to log in the system, after that try to log again in the Xbox app

If that doesn't work, try deleting the previous credentials stored:

Credential Manager lets you view and delete your saved credentials for signing in to websites, connected applications, and networks.

To open Credential Manager, type credential manager in the search box on the taskbar and select Credential Manager Control panel.

Select Web Credentials or Windows Credentials to access the credentials you want to manage.

Hi. I tried your solution, and it works. If you delete the folders, and in the game try to log in with a new account, but use the credentials of the one already logged in, it works. Thank you for your time and dedication!

Hi, i have tried that but cant work out how to do this without logging in to EA using my xbox live credentials. When i do that this enail that i dont know is generated and requires verifying.

This is not an in-game issue as both my devices are unable to get past the log in credentials of the XBOX android application.
