Hello, I am writing this to inform you that my account has underwent a suspension that does not allow me to communicate. However, I believe that I have been falsely suspended and would like to get some more details as to why I was
suspended.

My account was recently suspended

My account was recently suspended and i would like to know if you could lift the suspension it said i have cheated, but i don't know how to cheat i wish i could cheat because it can get a little annoying but besides that i was just playing some Call of Duty
and i randomly got disconnected from xbox live and it said i was suspended until 2/28/2015 and this is exactly when i got suspended 2/14/2015 11:20:36 PM so hopefully you guys understand that i didn't do anything and can lift the suspension.

You can look at why you were suspended and for how long in the Enforcement section of the Xbox.com website. You will also have a chance to appeal the suspension, but there is no assurance that you will win tha appeal. 99% of the time, if it was a communication
ban, it was probably a message or a convo you had with someone and you got a little too upset.

Be careful what you send, Xbox has the right to check and read all messages sent.

ban, it was probably a message or a convo you had with someone and you got a little too upset.

So i can appeal it in the enforcement section on xbox.com? Also i havent said anything vulgar or close to being rude. Is there a chance I got spam reported for getting into a discussion on how an operator should be played on rainbow six siege and the person
not agreeing with me?

You would have to check http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you can submit a case review. Not all suspensions are eligible.

It's not possible to get suspended for being spam reported. The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they have determined that you have done something to violate the code of conduct. You can be reported
a million times and not receive a suspension.

It might be wise to read the section in Microsoft's ToS concerning xbox communication rules, many things that might seem casually harmless to some are actually violations due to the span of generations that Xbox reaches out to. Best rule of the thumb is
to not say anything questionable that you wouldn't say to a 9 yr old kid.
