My LIVE account is suspended

While i was at work my friend was playing on my account and he says he got angry and called someone a b**** and now my accounts communications is banned until the 14th. Understandable, but it sucks as it wasn't me playing. I'm not expecting to get un-banned
as it was on my account and i don't have any actual proof it wasn't me that said it, but kinda hoping you guys may consider it because this sucks. (Gamertag is Corio Scum)

Am I screwed? suspended live account

I used a prepaid debit card that had $1 left on it to sign up for one of the "free month of xbox live" since I knew it was an auto-pay scam.
I thought once the month was up it would just drop me back to Silver since there were no funds.

But they suspended my account, so now I can't do anything online with my account, including redownload games I already bought.

Is there anyway I can change my account to silver instead of a suspended gold account without paying MS's extortion, or am I screwed?

 

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

Do also keep in mind, that you should be careful about who plays on your account, you never really know how someones else plays.

Unfortunately you are responsible for all actions done on your account. If this was not so, people could share accounts and do things that break the code of conduct and never get suspended - and that's not fair to the rest of the community nor the person
affected by it.

The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:

last year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.
