My little cousin account is completely broken

Hi to all,

intro: i can access at xbox.com normally with my account to all the page and subpage, i created a "new son account" at random to see cheanges and there aren't problem with that,

i've yet contact support 2 times, the first they told me that was my end user problem on browser, and the second to update pc.

(the new son account good experience delete the first support advice, and with all the updates is all the same)

so, i've crated my little cousin xbox account months ago and put me as the father

besides problem while creating it, because in the steps xbox site have a lot of broken links but i did it same with the new son account so that is not the problem.

1- if i log in xbox.com with my cousin account, after insert mail and pasw(in mozzilla and edge too) the page doesn't complete the log, and after

browser give me the page error

but not all is lost, if i open a new tab on the brwser and go to xbox.com i can access to the site and see in the top-right, that the account is logged.

2-now the second problem is that from there, i cannot access at no page inside the xbox web page, if i click on the profile icon on top-right and try to open "account microsoft" "profilo" "amici" "Messaggi" "impostazioni"

only the first(account) and the last(settings) open an webpage, the others

3- from the console, all works, right, if not until my cousin wanna add me as a friend, so he goes on the add frinds on his 360 try to add my Xbox Nick and it found it, but the system tell him that he need to takes the approve by my mailacoount@hotmail

the problem is that i deleted it from the family settings of the cousin account because i use the mailaccount@live for xbox and other, and anyway from the @hotmail i don't receive any message to allow him to be my freind on xbox.

SO ! i really lost something like 2 sunday on this, on chat and on phone with support. but is clear that this "read" is more clear than repeat something that seems not be a unique problem.

i really thought to delete that account and create an other for him, like i 've done with the "new son account" as i told in the intro, but i redemed a "lego games code" on his account, and i really don't know if microsoft can transfer it on the new account.

need help =)

False ban

Getting banned when your little cousin is playing, by some little troll that got mad over a game that did worse of and broke the rules and your little cousin that can't even spell and he gets my messages banned how's that fair? In anyway

nope i go over my friends house and play i use my account its just a bonus for her

So you only see that issue when signing into the child account that you made for your cousin, for which your account is the parent account? To help us narrow this down further, can you try signing into Xbox.com with the child account from a different PC/Windows
10 device? Do you see the same issue on a different device?

 

yes, the same from my laptop either in mozzilla and edge by wifi and by phone tethering
