My librabry games are gone.

Hi! when i logged into xbox it asked me to make an account for the email i was using. I know I dont have anythiing to prove that I own these games, but I can asure you I payed for them.

I do understand the urgency of you wanting to find other ways for this issue of yours in regards with your owned games that is not visible on your account. We are very glad to help you out to find some of the best possible options that we can provide.

For this, it seems that you are confident that you have owned this game of yours and I do truly understand that as well since if we do own a game, we really do know that we have it. For now, possible that there might be some account or sign in credentials that might have been signed in perhaps. Since you have shared that you have those games of yours, how about let us try to double check your account for us to see if those games are there. Here are some steps:

• Please do double check that you know your main Xbox account for us to sign in.
  
• Use an New InPrivate Browser on any browser that you are using since using an InPrivate Browser will not show any cache or any other sign-in credentials that has been saved on the browser.
  
• Sign in to : https://account.xbox.com/profile
  
• Once your profile has been seen, please click on "ACHIEVEMENTS". This is to show the game that you have the game. Meaning, if there are achievements for Minecraft Java and Forza Horizon 4 that you have mentioned, then it states that the game is on your account.

Hi! I tried both the options but my apps are still gone. I also wanted to mention that Forza Horizon 4 was bought through a third party app that gave me the code to redeem it and minecraft from the official website.Thx for the patience

Thank you for responding to the thread, we do appreciate the time and efforts that you have given. For now, it seems like we really need to get ahold of your account. Meaning, we will try find that licenses of the game that you have in which it is not seen. As it turns out, we really have very limited resources here on checking that account that has your game license and we are unable to see it as well since it is asking you to make an account for the email that you are using.

So for now, let us try to recover your account to see and check if there is a possibility that you can see that account that has your game license. On doing that, please click here:
