    My left stick doesn’t register


    When i push down my left stick doesn’t register. It also doesn’t click when I push down

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your controller.

    If the stick doesn't click when you press it down, the controller's problem is most likely hardware-related.

    May I ask what kind of Xbox controller you are using?
    When you press the stick down, does it feel loose or stuck?

    I'd suggest checking its warranty status by registering it at [ https://account.microsoft.com/devices ] in case you need to file a service request.

    I do have an issue with my left analog stick. Sometimes it doesn’t got UP. It seems like a delay in the analog when it goes UP. Could it be the sensor that needs cleaning or the ananlog?

    Xbox Adaptive Controller set up

    Sorry, asking again if there’s a way to set the adaptive joystick up so that when I click the adaptive joystick, the left thumb stick ( which it is plugged into the left usb port) will act as if I clicked the left thumb stick. I saw something in settings
    to set as shift but am not sure what that is. So if anyone knows how to set the adaptive joystick to click the left thumb stick, please let me in on the secret. They really left a lot of options out. They obviously didn’t work close with people with disabilities,
    as why would you want a joystick that doesn’t function exactly as the thumb stick you’re replacing/taking over.

    Xbox One Elite Controller analog stick base pops up when switching the stick on the left analog stick. Is this an issue?

    Bit late to this but just recently mines had exact same issue for my left. What it affects is registering 'up' (could affect more things just what ive noticed) direction, like scrolling inventory in fallout 4, could spam up 10 times but if i move the control
    stick higher where it should be, ie pop it out, it registers fine. Meaning its not supposed to fall down like it does now, right stick is fine. No idea what caused this, just regular use? Might need to send it back but for now not a huge issue, could be for
    me if I play phantom pain again. Moving snake effectively with the left stick is key...if it wont even register how im moving him Exactly....then there be problems

    Elite 2 Controller Right Trigger Sticky Issue

    This doesnt really help you, but for what they sell them for, they are so poorly made!! My 1st one, the “A” face button only worked when it felt like it, got it replaced at the retailer. 2nd one, left stick drift. Got my 3rd one under warranty from microsoft
    2 weeks ago, and now the right stick doesn’t re-centre itself all the time!!!
