    Hi,

    A service order was created for my xbox one x controller on 5 Aug which is experiencing so called “drifting” problems with the left joystick. However, till date I have yet to receive any call to have it picked up. I have also called my local post service
    number provided by Microsoft’s email and they informed that my order was not in their system. I was told to wait for call but it has been 1 week since that call but I still receive no news. Please help!

    The left joystick on my xbox one pad is drifting without touching it and I can't register it on your website to get assistance since I get an error everytime I try. Can you help me?

    after a certain amount of clicks and movements the joysticks do seem drift I suggest trying different joysticks and having a look at the control settings and see if anything has changed in there.
