My latest reoccurring Xbox Game Pass payment is showing as pending - Can't play games.

Hi,

I hope someone can help.

I have a reoccurring Xbox game pass for the PC. The latest payment came out of my account on the 12th of May.
The payment is showing as pending in my Microsoft account - Order history. I cannot play games on Xbox App because of this.
The website errors when I try to cancel or manage the subscription. I've requested multiple calls through the support process, but no one has called.

So I have no way of stopping this payment or getting anyone to do something about it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Contact your bank to check why the payment is pending and if you still have issues contact xbox chat support

Thanks for the reply.

Both my bank and paypal are showing it as paid. So it's not pending at their end.

I've requested contact from the support team, but no one has responded. That's why I'm seeing if I can get help here.

Now it all depends on what you are gaming on. If you are only using a PC, you will only need Game Pass PC (beta) Your PC will need to be running the latest Windows 10 update of 1903. If it can't install, then your PC doesn't meet the minimum standard.

If you are gaming on a console, signing up for Game Pass Ultimate is the cheapest option, as it gives you Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold in one cheaper package, with the bonus of Game Pass PC (beta) thrown in.

You will need a valid payment method (as stated) credit/debit card etc for the reoccurring monthly payments.

The xbox live went through, can see it on my bank statement, Their is a pending payment for Game pass which I am trying to clear now but I can't see my payment method or even add it so I can clear it
