    Can you provide a screenshot of this issue?

    Make sure you have allowed apps to be installed from anywhere. Open the Windows Settings and go to Apps > Advanced App Settings. Set 'Choose where to get apps' to 'Anywhere'.

    My problem is similar but, my console just wont let me load up Rocket League at all. It lets me load up any other game and its giving me the error code that doesnt work.

    The good old days.

    My 360 is off for repairs so i dug out my old 360 first batch with no HD support, and tbh its looks horrible, after playing L.A Noire HD for a day then seeing it in SD it makes me want to cry lol, it's so bad in fact that i'm playing league of legends instead
    of my 360 because it just looks so bad i don't want to ruin the games.
