    Ive made sure my controller is up to date and still nothing all my other headphones work the only reason i could think is i need and adapter because theres two 3.5mm jacks

    There brand new and ive turned it off and on still nothing this is my second pair because i thought the first pair were faulty but ive got the same problem with both headphones

    Try Resetting your Xbox or it's probably the mic and you may need to fix it.

    I tried a Hyper X cloud II and another strickly xbox hyper X, and a kotion each G2000. All didn't work. I'm almost positive its not a headset issue the only thing it could have to do with is what the console is set to which I tried all three stero uncompressed
