    My keys don't work.


    OK, so I was playing my games then I pressed the two buttons then it didn't work then when I tried to lower the volume with the mute decrease and increase volume keys it didn't work and it worked for a few seconds then back to that problem.

    Hi there!

    To confirm, is this an issue with your headset buttons or controller buttons?

    Are you using an Xbox console? Which model?

    Try to power cycle your console instead. Press and hold the Xbox power button for 10 sec until it turns off. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

    Do you mean shift key + number? Spacebar + number is not a valid option I've ever heard of.
