I'm sorry you have this problem, researching on the internet I was able to find that in the forum, the independent advisor Ulises, recommends the following steps for a solution.

Try doing an offline reset, charging the system via USB.

You will need a pendrive with at least 8GB capacity, you will have to format it on your PC with NTFS format.
Once you have downloaded the file, unzip it and copy the folder

SystemUpdate in the root directory of the external drive (it is important that it is in the root directory and there must also be no other files on the pendrive).
Connect the USB, enter the troubleshooter and now choose the option to update offline.

To enter the Troubleshooter, follow these steps.
1.- Disconnect the console from the power for a few minutes.

2.- Try connecting to another outlet in your house.

3.-While it is off, press and hold the SYNC/LINK button (this button is the one we use to link controls) and the EJECT/EJECT button (this button is the one we use to remove the discs, in the all digital or series edition S carry out the process omitting this button), and without releasing them press and release the Xbox button (power on the front of the console) on the console.

-Continue to hold the LINK/SYNC and EJECT/EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. until you hear two ringtones

The console should turn on and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

I downloaded the game here on my console and after trying it a few times I managed to make it work as follows.

Start the game with the keyboard and mouse connected to the console and the controller turned off, I connected the account I wanted as a player and this account was connected to the keyboard and mouse.

Then I turned on the controller and the option to press Y and connect the second account appeared. After that start a game to check if it was working and it worked

Turn your console off completely (not on standby), plug in a USB keyboard, and turn on your console. It should work then. Wireless keyboard should work also.

^^Verified... this is how I got my wireless KB to work on my XB1.

I'm experiencing the same issues. My system was working fine for the first few weeks but when I start playing it today, it keeps shutting off. Every time I'm 5 minutes into the game the system will shut off. And there would be a few times when after it shuts
off, I will turn it back on and it will shut off a second later. It will do this like 5 times until it turns completely on. I hardly was playing my Xbox one. I probably played it 10 times since I bought it.
