    My keyboard won't let connect to the Internet


    My xbox won't let me connect to the Internet when I'm using keyboard and mouse.

    When I select the router I want to connect to it skips the field which lets me enter the password and enters a blank password causing the network issue. I've tried factory reseting my xbox and it still won't work.

    Anyone know a solution?

    May I know exactly what's your Xbox console model?

    Our best option here is for you to access your router configuration or settings. If you can access it, please go to its wireless settings and change your wireless encryption method. You could try any of them whichever may work.

    The Internet at my house won't connect to xbox live know matter how many times I reset my router, so it won't let me download a profile and installing it manually won't work either.
