    Hello everyone,

    i have an issue with my keyboard. I started up my xbox and ps4 plugged in my keyboard and my keyboard did react on the ps4 or xbox (i have both) menu but not in games.

    It also is automatically in caps lock when i'm typing in the chat. But my caps lock isn't on. It only works in game when i keep pressing the fn key. I also used my laptop and it was still in auto caps lock. Can someone please help me?

    If you have the same issues on 3 different devices you should contact the keyboard manufacturer, probably has been damaged

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox Communities Forum. This means your keyboard's function keys have 2 different functions, this is common for a lot of keyboards. To use the F5 key, you need to hold the 'FN' key on your keyboard, then press F5.

    Some keyboards offer an option to switch the functions, so you can press F5 without holding the FN key. For more information, check your keyboard or laptop's manual or manufacturer website.

    From what I have just read, depending on your keyboard, you either press F5 or FN & F5 together.
