    i have a razor keyboard plugged into my xbox 1s but it doesn’t work anymore. we tried buying a new one to fix it but it didn’t help. the keyboard itself is fully responsive but my game doesn’t respond to me pressing the keys

    Remember that not all games are compatible with keyboard and mouse. Have you made sure that the game you are trying to test is compatible?

    Have you tried other games and the same problem occurs?

    If so, let's rule out a firmware problem.

    Go to Settings>System>Console Information

    And reset without deleting your games. Don't worry about progress, purchases, achievements, etc. You don't lose any data. Note that the console accounts will be removed, so you must have the email and password of each account to enter them again.

    i apparently fixed it. my keyboard is a razer cynosa v2 which has a demo mode that when i took it our of demo mode it stopped working. i put it back into demo mode and it started working again.

    all the games i have tried to play are compatible because my keyboard used to work but just stopped responding. i’ll try the reset

    i finished the reset and i don’t believe it did anything. my keyboard still isn’t working. i know the games i’m playing are compatible because they’re mainly played on pc such as roblox fortnite minecraft, all the basics.
