My keyboard doesn’t work so

Did you reset it already? And have you tried using other keyboard? Your mouse still works so the ports should still be functioning from the console.

I’ve done all of that and right now I’m only using it to play fortnite

Try another keyboard if you have one just to check if it is working on your console or not because this could already be an issue with the keyboard.

You can also reset the console doing this:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

Are you able to navigate on your main dashboard using the keyboard though? Does it function when not on the game? Because if not, then there must be a problem with the keyboard itself. Try using a different keyboard as well to isolate the problem.
