My IPv6 is disabled every time Windows updates

And that causes my Xbox Teredo connection not to work and my Forza Horizon 4 to keep infuriating me with connection issues every time. It took me several wasted hours of frustration to get to the root of this issue, so what can I do to keep my IPv6 active
through updates?

Do not worry about it. You accidentally fixed my problem. I disabled IPv6 in my ethernet properties and now it works.

I suspect their maybe an issue with IPv6 in windows 11. I also ran "Get Updates" again in windows store and it hung. Sometimes it worked sometimes it never.

I have repeated the disabling of IPv6 twice and it is repeatable fix. Not as fast as IPv6 but it works.

So it is either a driver issue on my Ethernet, or an IPv6 issue within Windows 11/Microsoft Store.

Also how do I report this to Microsoft as it maybe affecting other users?

UPDATE: the issue was ipv6 disabled in my router and was causing issues downloading from xbox store
