    I’m a college student living in an apartment with some really good internet and my friend lives at home with also very reliable internet. We had been playing each other fine for about a month until this issue started.

    My internet works perfectly fine when playing normal H2H battles in MUT 23 but if I play a match against my friend specifically the game starts lagging to an unplayable degree. How do I fix this?

    Please do the steps below first.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Settings.

    Select General.

    Select Network.

    Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.

    On the right side of the Network



    Please test both the network connection and the multiplayer connection. Kindly check if both connections are good and if the NAT type is Open.

    Surprisingly that actually worked. I can also get to an empty online game and wait for others to join my game too. Either way it does finally allow me to play online H2H again. Thanks man you're a life saver. I will assume this is EA's approach to forcing
    MUT on us and the CashShop transactions.

    ok so here's my story. I started troubleshooting because I couldn't play h2h in mut. They told me to try and use a hard line so I tried. Now not only can I not play madden, but now I can't even log into Xbox live. I've tried resetting the cache and the Mac.
    With a hard reset, disconnecting my internet, everything i have seen in this forum. I so frustrated but even more I'm disappointed.

    If it is an internet problem though surely I shouldn't be able to remote play on my phone? However remote play works perfectly fine on my phone, just doesn't work at all on my laptop! Could it be an issue that the tv I am playing on only supports 720p or does that not make a difference?
